Member experience
Culture, family dynamics, belief systems and other characteristics can affect health care and outcomes. That understanding helps us deliver a better member experience. We focus on meeting members’ unique needs through multilingual member communications and contact center support, a Spanish and a large font member website and accessible digital and print materials.
Diversity, equity and inclusion milestones
Our everyday language can make a world of difference in whether a Prime employee or partner feels included or excluded, heard or ignored. By examining how we talk about our DEI efforts and the words we use, we can be honest in our challenges and clear in our objectives moving forward.
Diverse supplier registration
It’s important that we establish relationships with businesses that are owned by minorities, women, veterans, disabled people and people who identify as LGBT+, as well as other socially and economically disadvantaged businesses. Our internal business partners work with the procurement team to provide opportunities to diverse suppliers, including companies that are certified through one or more of the following:
